FAQ
I’ve put together some answers for the questions I get asked most. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, get in touch.
Thanks so much for your order! There are handmade elements to some of the products so please allow time for your order to be made. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 – 5 working days. Orders are sent twice a week. Usually we dispatch on a Monday and a Thursday (although the exact days can change, life with small people has to be flexible!).
All UK orders are sent via 1st class Royal Mail. If you need your order quickly, or would prefer it to be tracked, please upgrade your shipping at the check-out.
Orders over £25 qualify for free UK shipping. These will be sent 2nd Class.
These are the estimated delivery times:
UK 7 – 10 working days
Europe 10 – 21 working days
Everywhere Else 2 – 5 weeks
The cost of postage depends where you live and the size of your parcel. If you live in the UK, postage is free for all orders over £25 (and will be sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail). You can choose to upgrade to 1st Class or tracked shipping. If you live elsewhere, postage will be calculated at the check-out based on the size of the items you have purchased. Shipping upgrades are also available.
Customs fees and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that I do not ship to the EU from my webshop. I ask that my lovely EU customers purchase via my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/HannahLongmuir
Yes! I love sending my products out across the world. It is the most amazing feeling.

This is because of the complicated taxes post Brexit.

I work with lots of wonderful UK based suppliers. The closest is just 8 miles from the studio. I love to source printed products from small businesses wherever possible. I’d be more than happy to share my supplier contact details with anyone who is interested.
Yes! Making sure that our products are as responsible as possible is an ongoing process. All our paper products are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that the paper is sourced from sustainable forests. The cards are matte so can easily be recycled; envelopes are recycled (and recyclable); and almost all the products are packaged plastic-free. We use recyclable packaging to send your orders. When we send out trade orders to our retailers, we re-use packaging wherever possible. If we have big cardboard boxes we can’t use, we give them to the local allotments for winter ground cover.
In addition, we plant trees every month through an organisation called Mossy Earth.
It is always worth asking! The prints are made to order so it is easy to personalise titles. Leave me a note in the box at check out or send an email to hello@hannahlongmuir.co.uk
No, I’m afraid not. I haven’t had time for commission work since going part-time when my little boy was born. There’s no harm asking though!
