We’re now far enough into September, and autumn is in full swing, that I feel it’s acceptable to announce that the 2018 Wildlife Calendar is now available.
The calendar has been a firm favourite over the last few years (and has sold out before Christmas the last two years!). There are drawings and notes for each month to guide you through what to look out for in the natural world. This year the calendar includes fungi, deer, swans, spring bulbs, a duckling, hedgehogs, a bunny, a woodcock, swallows and foxes in the snow. It feeds my obsession with tracking the changes in the seasons. Putting the calendar together each year is one of my favourite tasks. I love to make note of what I’ve seen out and about as the year goes by and then collating it into a beautiful guide.
This year the weekends are in a different colour to the week days in order to make your social scheduling even easier.
As a little launch-treat, I’m offering £2 off each calendar until the end of September if you enter the coupon code 2018launch at the check out. The calendar makes an excellent, easy-to-post Christmas gift. It is A5 size when folded up.
As always, the calendar is designed, manufactured and hand-assembled in Scotland.
Watch out for the accompanying Wild Months Postcard Sets & blank Wild Months cards which will be available in the shop soon. They feature the images for each month from the calendar.
