A Lovely Couple wedding, engagement or anniversary card

This card is perfect to send to a newly engaged couple, or as a wedding card, or could even be used as an anniversary card. The card features my drawing of two swallows, as well as some notes about the nature and significance of swallows. Swallows have a pair bond for life, and this card is titled A Lovely Couple. Swallows are symbols of love, strength and loyalty.

The words ‘A Lovely Couple’ are written on the front and then the card is blank inside for your own message.

It is printed on lovely quality card, and comes with a nice white envelope.

ABOUT THE CARDS

All the cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. My work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.

I love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued. I like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day.
