A crisp white card from the ‘Wild Months’ collection. Each month features drawings and hand-written notes about what to look out for in the countryside that month. They are taken from the 2019 Wildlife Calendar.
The ‘April’ card features pencil and watercolour drawings of cheery yellow buttercups, a daisy, a ladybird, a hover-fly and some swallows. It’s all about the fresh new blooms that spring up everywhere in April. There are also hand written notes about what to look out for in this month – like the return of the swallows in the middle of the month.
This card would make a lovely, unusual birthday card. It would also be a thoughtful way to mark an anniversary or a special occasion, or even the birth of a baby. The card is blank inside for your own message.
It is printed on lovely quality card, and comes with a nice white envelope. It is packaged in a cellophane envelope to keep it safe for posting.
Size: The folded card is A6 size: roughly 160mm x 120mm

ABOUT OUR CARDS
All our cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in Scotland. They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests. The original drawings are done in pencil & watercolour. The designs are inspired by the rich variety of the British countryside. We believe it is important that people feel connected with the fields, hedgerows and woodlands around them. Only by loving and enjoying the countryside can we learn to care for it.
We love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued. We like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day. Are you planning on sending this card to someone special? Let us know when you leave a review!
We are committed to finding environmentally responsible packaging solutions. Where possible, we use 100% biodegradable cellophane sleeves made from cornstarch. They are compostable – you can pop them in the compost bin or they will break down quickly in landfill. In addition, we try to use paper-based packing tapes, and recycled cardboard envelopes and boxes wherever possible. This is a process we are committed to continuing with in order to reduce our impact on this beautiful planet. If you would like your card, or any other product, to be sent without a protective cellophane then just leave us a note at the check out.
