Curled Up Hedgehog – Blank Card

A crisp white card featuring a pencil drawing of a curled up hedgehog. He’s got his amazing feet in the air. I had no idea that hedgehogs had such big feet until I drew them! Hoggy is a rescued hedgehog who lives near my home in the Scottish Borders.

This hedgehog card would be ideal for a baby shower or baptism, or for a new born baby. It is blank inside so it can also be used year round for thank you notes, letters to friends, or birthday cards, or as a gift for a nature lover (everybody loves hedgehogs!).

It is printed on lovely quality, sustainably sourced card, and comes with a nice white envelope.

ABOUT THE CARDS

All the cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. My work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.

I love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued. I like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day.
