Nest Wooden Decoration / Gift Tag

Spring! Fresh new greens, bursts of colour, and nesting birds in every bush and box and tree.  This is a blackbird’s nest, with three precious little eggs nestled safely inside.  What a precious thing.

Gentle, joyful, sweet – bringing the spring inside the house.  The wooden decorations are blank on the reverse.  I love to use them as gift tags.  This nest decoration would make a really special tag for a Mother’s Day or Easter gift, or for a spring baby. I love the idea of gift tags that are also keepsakes.

This nest decoration hangs from a daffodil yellow string.  It is super lightweight, perfect for posting or popping in a card.

About the products

All our products are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK.  The wooden decorations are UV printed on FSC sustainably sourced timber by Lightning Laser, a small business based in Gloucestershire.  They use ultra low VOC UV inks.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. My work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.
