A lovely simple white card featuring a pencil and watercolour drawing of a cheery puffin. Puffins are so lovable with their orange legs and colourful beaks. They even have an adorable flappy way of flying. This puffin is named after a lovely lady called Pat that the original drawing was commissioned for.
The future does not look bright for puffins in the UK. You can learn more about conservation efforts to save the puffin on the RSPB website.
This card is blank inside for your own message. It is perfect for thank you notes, letters to friends, or birthday cards. Everybody loves puffins!
It is printed on lovely quality card, and comes with a nice white envelope.
The folded card is A6 size: 160mm x 120mm.
You can also purchase Pat’s Puffin as an art print in the shop.
ABOUT THE CARDS
All the cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests. The original drawings are done in pencil & watercolour. The designs are inspired by the rich variety of the British countryside. I believe it is important that people feel connected with the fields, hedgerows and woodlands around them. Only by loving and enjoying the countryside can we learn to care for it.
I love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued. I like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day. Are you planning on sending this card to someone special? Let me know when you leave a review!
