Second Birthday Card – Blank Inside

A second birthday card for the special two year old in your life!  It features a slighty scruffy soft-toy monkey in a party hat, a car carrying a cake with two candles, a ‘two’ banner, a daisy with a ladybird and a little spider.

The card is blank inside for your own message.

I designed this card for my little boy’s second birthday.  The monkey on the card is Zozo.  Zozo was my favourite toy when I was a child. My son now plays with Zozo which makes me very happy.  He’s obsessed with cars, too, so there definitely had to be a car included in the design!

It is printed on lovely quality, sustainably sourced card, and comes with a nice brown kraft envelope.

Size: The folded card is A6 size: roughly 150mm x 105mm

ABOUT THE CARDS

All the cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK.  They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. My work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.

I love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued.  I like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day.  Are you planning on sending this card to someone special?  Let me know when you leave a review!
