This gorgeous A5 size eco-jotter has a wrap-around design on the cover. my pencil drawing of a man and his dog walking through a forest. Shafts of light are breaking through the canopy. It is in the magical hours after a heavy rainfall when the world is fresh and new, the air is still heavy with moisture and sparkles as the sun hits it. The full name of this drawing is “Walking in the Tall Trees [After the Rain]”. It was drawn in Glenashdale Forest on the Isle of Arran off the west coast of Scotland. The man and the dog look small amongst the tall, tall trees.
The wrap-around design is printed on 100% recycled board. There’s something lovely about the blank ink and hints of green on the brown kraft background.
This jotter makes a wonderful sketchbook or notebook. I use them as a diary sketchbook when I go on holiday. It has 32-pages of high quality 190gsm cartridge paper. The pages of the jotter are lovely quality, smooth, off-white paper which I think make a wonderful surface to draw on. The paper can even handle a little bit of watercolour paint.
Size: The jotter is A5 size: 148mm x 210mm
ABOUT THE PAPER GOODS
All our products are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. The original drawings are done in pencil & watercolour. The designs are inspired by the rich variety of the British countryside. I believe it is important that people feel connected with the fields, hedgerows and woodlands around them. Only by loving and enjoying the countryside can we learn to care for it.

A perfect size for a notebook and excellent quality of paper makes this a delight to use. The illustration has the quality of making me feel like I am in the scene. I love using a notebook that makes me feel like I am in the depths of a wood!
