A super sweet white card featuring a lovely pencil & watercolour drawing of a sleeping fox. The drawing is titled ‘The Fox and the Good Dream’. I like to imagine what a good dream would consist of for a fox – perhaps blackerberry bushes, tumbling play, starry nights and chicken dinners?
Foxes in the UK have adapted well to the spread of human towns and cities. The glint of an eye and the flick of a fluffy tail are often seen in the evenings on residential streets. The urban fox lets her young play in our gardens, and sometimes you might even see a fox taking a nap. It’s wonderful to have such beautiful creatures share their spaces with us.
This contented fox would make an ideal birthday card for a nature lover. It is blank inside so it can also be used year round for thank you notes and letters to friends.
It is printed on lovely quality card, and comes with a nice white envelope.
Size: The folded card is A6 size – 160mm x 120mm.
You can find the Fox and the Good Dream drawing as a print in the shop as well as lots of other foxy products.
The drawing was done with the kind permission of Paul Cecil photography.
ABOUT THE CARDS
All the cards are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. They are printed on FSC approved card stock which means that it is sourced from sustainable mixed forests. The original drawings are done in pencil & watercolour. The designs are inspired by the rich variety of the British countryside. I believe it is important that people feel connected with the fields, hedgerows and woodlands around them. Only by loving and enjoying the countryside can we learn to care for it.
I love that when someone sends a card they are letting that person know they are valued. I like to imagine posties collecting and delivering the cards, and the journey the cards make by van and air and foot, landing on someone’s front door mat and making that person’s day. Are you planning on sending this card to someone special? Let me know when you leave a review!

As a lover of foxes, this is a beautiful card. I bought two and may well keep one! Thanks so much, Hannah.
