Winter Star Wooden Decoration or Gift Tag

This is a wooden star: the shape filled with the silhouetted branches of bare winter trees.  Rooks are returning to roost.

This wooden star is a Christmas decoration (or gift tag).  A mid-winter drawing to hang on your tree, or to add a really special extra touch to your gift wrapping.

Size: 80mm x 80mm

This star decoration hangs from a pale purple string.  It is super lightweight, perfect for posting, popping in a card or as a stocking filler.  The perfect decoration for those of us who like our mid-winter festivals to be more about nature and the solstice than santa.

The back of the decoration is blank, making it perfect for using as a gift tag, or for writing a message on.  If you’d like me to write a Christmas message on it for you let me know when you order!

About the products

All our products are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK.  The wooden decorations are UV printed on FSC sustainably sourced timber by Lightning Laser, a small business based in Gloucestershire.  They use ultra low VOC UV inks.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. My work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.
