SHIPPING
There are handmade elements in many of my products so the time we need to prepare an order varies.  We aim to send all orders within 3 – 5 working days.We dispatch two times a week.Usually, dispatch days are a Monday and Thursday (although the exact days can change, life with little people has to be flexible!).  If you need your order for a specific date please contact me to let me know.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.  If you need your order quickly, or would prefer it to be tracked, please upgrade your shipping at the check-out.

Orders over £25 qualify for free postage.  These orders are sent 2nd Class (upgrades are available).

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (from dispatch):
UK 7 – 10 working days
Europe 10 – 21 working days (see customs note below)
Everywhere Else 2 – 5 weeks

CUSTOMS & TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.  Currently sales to the EU are subject to VAT and handling fees on arrival.  To avoid this, I recommend customers shop via my Etsy shop as Etsy can collect the VAT at the point of sale.  This means there will be no unexpected fees on arrival.  You can find my Etsy page here.

Just contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
– personalised or custom orders
– digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

COMMUNICATIONS

As well as an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a request to leave a review two weeks after your order has been dispatched.  Reviews make such a huge difference to my business! I’d love it if you found a moment to leave one.
