Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The minimum order is £50.
There’s no pack sizes, so you can mix and match products as much as you like. I want you to put together a collection that works well for your shop and customers.

We offer a choice of how your products will be packaged – naked or in plastic cellophanes. This can be decided on a per-product basis. We use biodegradable cellophanes wherever possible. We much prefer sending products naked but we understand that this doesn’t work for all retailers.

We also love to re-use the packaging that arrives in the studio from our suppliers. Your order will be sent in a repurposed box and taped up with paper parcel tape.

Lead Times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within three weeks of an order being accepted. At very busy periods, this could be extended. We will email to let you know of any delays. We are a very small team working as fast as we can. Brenda picks and packs all the trade orders; Hannah deals with paperwork and booking couriers.

Carriage is paid at £250. This will be automatically applied to your order at check out.

For orders under £250, postage is set at £9.50.

For shops ordering internationally, please contact us for shipping estimates before you place your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

We ask for pro forma payment for the first order. Your order will be sent once payment is made. On orders thereafter, there are standard 30 day payment terms. You will have the option of paying up front at the check-out, or choosing Bank Transfer and paying within the 30 days.

All our products are designed, printed and assembled in the UK.
